There was a 23% increase in workplace giving compared to FY25, reflecting continued growth in employee participation since the program's launch in May 2024. AGL’s workplace giving platform enables employees to support causes they care about through regular or one-off payroll donations. To maximise impact, AGL matches employee contributions dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000 per employee each year, amplifying charitable giving and encouraging ongoing support for the communities in which we operate.
