Reportable privacy incidents
Across FY26, AGL reported no notifiable data breaches to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, compared with two in FY25. This improvement reflects the continued uplift of AGL's privacy and data management practices, including sustained investment in training and awareness programs, as well as strengthened data protection and loss prevention capabilities.
