Health and safety performance - combined employees and contractors
AGL maintained strong safety performance in FY26, with 27 recordable injuries recorded, consistent with FY25, and a TIFR of 2.2. This performance reflects the continued implementation of the FY23–26 HSE Strategy, which focused on strengthening HSE capability, increasing frontline and contractor ownership of risk, and enhancing risk visibility through improved systems, data and insights.
