Workforce diversity statistics
AGL encourages all employees to voluntarily enter their diversity data into the Workday human resources information system. Voluntary employee uptake remained constant at 67% when comparing May 2025 to May 2026 due to the implementation of additional diversity fields in FY26. An anonymous diversity survey ran in January 2026 and of the 436 respondents, 12.4% live with disability and 13.1% are neurodivergent.

Percentages in the table above reflect the 67% of employees who voluntarily entered any diversity data to Workday which may not be reflective of diversity across AGL's workforce. |
