First tier suppliers

AGL's First Tier suppliers are those identified as most important to AGL based on risk, value and criticality to our operations. In FY26, AGL implemented a new Contract Management Framework which guides how we engage suppliers, strengthens contract oversight, and provides a more rigorous basis for identifying first tier suppliers.
