In FY26, AGL aligned our HSEMS to IS045001, bringing enhanced and consistent governance across the enterprise. To support this alignment and ongoing improvement of the HSEMS, AGL implemented a structured assurance program, including the development and deployment of HSE self-assessments across enterprise and operational sites. During FY26, 202 internal assurance activities were completed, comprising 10 Enterprise self-assessments, 120 Site self-assessments, 68 internal audits and four Group Audit reviews. In addition, nine external audits were completed, including four environmental audits and five health and safety audits. Actions arising from the assessments were centrally tracked and monitored to completion.
