Employees by age
There have been minor changes in the age profile of senior managers and the executive team, reflecting small shifts in the composition of these groups. While there has been a slight increase in the number of managers aged 45-54, the age composition of AGL's overall workforce has remained stable.
Includes fixed term, permanent full-time, and permanent part-time employees on a full time equivalent (FTE) basis as at 30 June. Excludes casuals, labour hire and contract workers. |
Senior Managers equate to the Management Group ELT and Managers include employees in Management Groups A and B. |

Data does not include 18 Southern Phone Company employees or 14 Ovo Energy Australia employees, as the payroll data systems used by these businesses is not fully integrated with AGL’s systems. Accordingly comparable data is not readily available. |
