Employee engagement
The FY26 employee engagement score was 70%, a three percentage point decrease from FY25, reflecting the impact of recent organisational restructuring that included a reduction in roles across the business. We are working closely with employees to improve engagement and continue to focus on the following priorities: performance, growth and culture. Our Inclusion Index score was 74% (a slight decrease from 75% in FY25). Over 12,000 survey comments were received, providing insights into what we are doing well and opportunities to explore and improve as we navigate the ongoing transformation of our business and adapt to new ways of working.
The participation rate for the FY26 employee engagement survey was 81%, a slight decrease from FY25 (83%). |
Engagement scores are calculated using the Aon Hewitt’s Employee Engagement Model, utilising the ORC International methodology. Engagement is measured using the CultureAmp platform. |
