Training
Total training hours decreased compared with FY25. This was primarily the result of a reduction in new hire training in the Contact Centres, along with the delivery of additional training in FY25 which reduced the training demand for FY26. Leadership training has remained consistent with FY25, supported by participation in the AGL Leadership Compass and AGL Academy. Compliance training completion rates for existing employees remained high following the enhancements to training modules.
